Hylaeamys perenensis, formerly Oryzomys perenensis, also known as the western Amazonian oryzomys, is an oryzomyine rodent of the family Cricetidae. It is found in western Amazonia (southeastern Colombia, eastern Ecuador, eastern Peru, northern Bolivia, and western Brazil).
