The Venezuelan troupial, known in Venezuela as the Turpial (Icterus icterus), is the national bird of Venezuela. It is found in Colombia, Venezuela, and the Caribbean islands of Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire, Trinidad, and Puerto Rico.
